Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is as follows

At ProX Supplies, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns of items that have been used or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at sales@proxsupplies.ca. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will process a replacement or refund.
